Ticket Access
  • To access your digital tickets, download the MLB Ballpark App.
  • You will login using the same email address that was associated with the ticket order.  Use your password that is associated with your MLB.com account.  If you do not recall your password, click "Forgot Password".
  • If you do not have an MLB.com account associated with your email address, simply click "Don't have an account? Sign Up".
  • Your tickets are available under the "Tickets" icon of the app.
  • Please note that screenshots of tickets will not be accepted at the ballpark.​

Does everyone in my group have to download the app?
  • If everyone in your group plans to enter the stadium together, only ONE person needs to have the app on their phone.
  • If someone in your group is planning to arrive earlier or later, they must download the app on their own phone and you must transfer their ticket(s).

Parking or Transportation

  • TIP: Pre-paying for parking is less expensive than paying the day of!
  • Parking may be purchased in advance from www.dodgers.com/parking up to 3 hours prior to game time, while supplies last.
  • Use the same MLB.com email and password that you used with your group ticket order.  When you do, your purchased parking pass will be populated under the "Tickets" icon of the MLB Ballpark App.​

Dodger Stadium Bag Policy
  • Bags, backpacks, beach bags, hard/soft coolers, large purses, etc. are no longer permitted.  Only adult diaper bags, diaper bags that accompany infants, clear plastic bags smaller than 12”x12”x6”, and non-clear wristlets/clutches no larger than 5”x8”x2” are permitted and subject to search.
Dodger Stadium Accessibility 
Accessibility (The following has been taken directly from the Dodger Stadium’s website)
  • Golf Cart Services – Golf cart operates from the various parking lots to the areas near the entry gates. In order to arrange for this service once you have parked, you may call the Dodger Hotline at (323) 224-2611 to have the golf cart dispatched to your location.
  • Assistive Listening Devices – Available for checkout at any Fan Services Station or you can call us at the Dodger Hotline: (323)224-2611. All assistive listening devices must be returned to Fan Services at the end of the game.
  • Closed Captioning – Closed Captioning can be viewed through the MLB Ballpark app free of charge. For guests that do not have a cell phone with internet capabilities, devices can be obtained by visiting any one of the Fan Services Stations located throughout the stadium or by calling the Dodger Hotline at: 323-224-2611.
  • Wheelchair Assistance
    • Guests using wheelchairs may check in and store their wheelchair or other mobility device by bringing them to designated areas on the Left and Right Field plazas on Field level, adjacent to the Fan Services Stations, or behind home plate on all other levels.
    • Escorts for those requiring wheelchair assistance are available inside the stadium from any gate on a first-come, first served basis by contacting any Security, Guest Services, or Fan Services team members.
  • Sensory Inclusion – Sensory bags are available to both adults and children who may be at risk for sensory overload. These kits include noise cancelling headphones, a fidget toy, and other tools as calming mechanisms and can be checked out from any Fan Services Station. Sensory bags are property of the Los Angeles Dodgers and must be returned to Fan Services Station at the end of every game. Additionally, a sensory room is available on the first level of the Right Field Pavilion for guests with sensory processing needs who may require a quiet room.

Cashless Payments
  • Transactions at the ballpark can be completed with credit or debit card, or Apple Pay/Digital Wallet.
  • Cash will not be accepted at Team Stores, concession stands, or vendors. 
  • Cash Conversion machines are located throughout the stadium.
Bringing Your Own Food
  • Outside food/snacks is permitted if it is in a clear bag no larger than 12"x12"x6" and not in glass bottles, cans, coolers, glass containers or thermoses.
  • Unbroken, factory-sealed plastic bottles of non-alcoholic beverages of 1 liter or less are permitted.
Promotional Items Policy
  • Promotional items are available while supplies last at the guest's point of entry.  Giveaways listed are for the first 40,000 fans unless otherwise noted.  Maximum one giveaway item per ticketed guest upon entering the stadium.  Schedule subject to change without notice.

  • Dodger Stadium is a family-friendly environment. 
  • Guests determined to be impaired due to alcohol consumption may be refused entry into the stadium.
